🌲 Refund & Returns Policy

At Timberland, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple.


1. Return Window

  • Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase.

  • Products must be new, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip) is required.


2. How to Return

  • By Mail:

    1. Visit our Returns Portal and request a prepaid return label.

    2. Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the specified carrier.

  • In-Store:

    • Bring your purchase and proof of purchase to any Timberland store to process your return or exchange.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after your return is processed for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your order was incorrect or defective.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are free and subject to availability.

  • For online orders, simply return your original item and place a new order for your desired product.


5. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


7. International Returns

  • Customers outside the U.S. can return items by mail only.

  • Duties, customs fees, and international shipping are non-refundable.
